See the New Film Trailer, Parking Update,  for the local premiere of “Resistance at Tule Lake” as it shares the long-suppressed story of the 12,000 Japanese Americans who protested the American WWII concentration camps by resisting the government’s forced “loyalty oath”.

This critical issue is especially vital in our era of backlash against Muslim, Sikh, Arab, and South Asian Americans today. Filmmaker Konrad Aderer of New York will present his documentary.

Last October, five people in four states shut the valves on pipelines carrying tar sands oil. The “Valve Turners” say their actions are not only necessary, but morally and legally justified to avoid the catastrophic harm caused to humanity by unprecedented climate disruption.
